Edens Landing is located in an elevated hilly area between Beenleigh and Waterford on the southern banks of the Logan River.This relatively new development only gained official recognition as a suburb in 1985. Housing consist of a mixture of freestanding houses, duplexes and units, with a limited amount of vacant land available. Nexus Forest is one of the more prestigious locations, and offers views across Moreton Bay. Bella Vista Heights is another residential development with mountain views, offering opportunities for owner/occupiers and investors alike.
