Central has entry level prices for first home buyers, while
also attracting investors due to its central location,
supply of tenants, and stock of ex-Housing Commission
properties ripe for renovation.
Logan Central offers a shopping centre and high school,
while nearby Meadowbrook has the Logan Hospital as well as
the campuses of Logan TAFE and Griffith University.
Logan Central itself has schools and parkland facilities, is
close railway stations, which provides access to the
Brisbane CBD and to the Gold Coast. Logan Central also
offers good access to the Logan and Pacific Motorways.
Housing stock consists primarily of low-set older style
homes, but new low-priced homes in the area are likely to
contribute to prices increases.
Logan Central has a mixture of young families who rent and
