We recently went through the tedious process of selling and buying a new home, the selling side was a horrible experience, our agent wasn't up to the job.... Very luckily for us the purchasing side was a pleasure.  Our experience with Allan Kunman was so refreshing.  I haven't ever come across an agent that was so helpful and understanding of the difficulties put in front of a family trying to sell, pack and make a purchase deal go through.  I mentioned to Allan at one stage that I wished our agent had worked as hard as he did!  That would have made the entire experience a smooth transaction.  I would just like to say thank you Allan and the team for helping us find our dream home and for being there all the way.  We are now settling nicely into our new property and couldn't be happier.
